Well it was an awesome week for the band, last Saturday night we got to play one of London ’s hottest live venues The London Music Hall which I would recommend you all have to check out. The band just loves to play there for many reasons, great stage, great gear and great techs to work with not to mention Mike the owner who is a pleasure to do business with, just top notch in my books.
With our day starting with Dale at my door at 8am we had a bite to eat and then the band started to pack gear and off we went. With the band ending up back at the house of NAIL at 2:30 am for unloading, pizza and newfie screech, it made for a long wonderful day, can’t get any better than hanging with your best buddies and rock’n out I say.
We had a blast at the show and I even got my date with Joey Doll for those of you who know Joey Doll on facebook lol. Snake who appeared in the FOAD video came and performed the song with us which was just a blast, and even our good friend Bernie who was in the video came out to support….way to go guys !!! One of the hightlights for the band was having a chance to play some of our new tunes which will be on our new cd due to be out within the next two months. We are now in the process of mix down so we are hoping to have it mixed, mastered and pressed very soon so keep an eye out for it and get ready to be NAIL’d once again. We are also planning a cd release party so we will keep you posted.
From myself and the band we would like to thank all who made the show so much fun starting with all of our nailheads (fans) and friends who came out to listen to our music and watch the show. Special thanks to our crew who worked so hard to make it all happen, with out you guys there would be no show and for that we salute you, here goes:

Thanks to our street team for hanging poster and getting the word out there for us, and for just plain making shit happen. Thanks to Snap magazine for taking the time to come out to our show and hangin with us, Andrew you rock, look for pics and review in an up and coming issue. We would also like to send out a big shout out to Boss Rebel for coming on board two weeks before the show to replace Leather Snake, with such short notice we need to thank you guys very much, you’re a class act and we would work with you anytime. Thanks for warming up the night for us you did a great job and we appreciate it very much.
I will be posting some back stage pics and video of the show on facebook and myspace so keep a look out for that and we will be designing some new merch soon for the new cd and a special issue FOAD tees for those who need to tell us how they feel ..lol..
Just a quick NAIL file update on the Sweden recording I did with MOP, (some people were wondering how it went), the cd is now released through groovetown records and I guess from the reviews and what I have heard from Janne (Sweden guitarist on the cd who put it all together) the reviews are great. I just received the cd from the record company, and it rocks, there are a lot of great players on this cd so if you’re looking for something imported with some great guitar playing you should check it out.
